Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm IST. We usually reply the same day. Messages that arrive after hours, or on a Sunday, are answered the next working morning.

Complaints
If we have not put something right, please make a complaint. You get a reference number and a copy of your complaint straight away, and we resolve it within one month.

About an order
Have your order number ready — it is in your confirmation email and on your account page. The size guide answers most sizing questions.
We do not take returns for a change of mind or a change of size, so do ask us about sizing before you order — and ask here too if you are hoping for a small alteration, which has to be agreed before the order is placed. The cancellation & refund policy explains what happens if a parcel arrives damaged or wrong.
