Size guide

Panchhe is made in standard sizes, to this chart. The numbers are measurements of the child, not the garment. Our pieces are cut with a relaxed fit — if your little one falls between two sizes, take the larger one.

Sizes can vary from piece to piece. This is our standard chart, but some pieces are cut differently and have a chart of their own. Before you order, check the size you choose against the size guide on that product’s page — it always shows the right chart for that piece.

How to measure

  • Height — stand them against a wall without shoes, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
  • Chest — measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level and not tight.
  • Waist — measure around the natural waist, roughly where they bend to the side.

Can a piece be altered?

Sometimes, a little. A hem taken up, a sleeve shortened — what is possible depends on the piece, so it has to be agreed before you order, not afterwards. Write to us or message us on WhatsApp with the piece and what you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done. There is no box for this at checkout, and an alteration cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Still unsure?

Send us your child’s height and age, and we will tell you exactly what to order. Orders cannot be returned for a change of size, so it is worth asking — see the cancellation & refund policy.
