What shipping costs

• Orders of ₹3,000 and above ship free anywhere in India.
• Below that, a flat ₹150 is added at checkout. The total you see before paying is the total you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

Pieces are made in small numbers rather than pulled off a shelf, so the clock has two parts:

• Making — 2 to 4 working days. Cutting, stitching, finishing and a final check.
• Delivery — 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Metros are usually quicker; the North-East and remote pincodes take the longer end.

So most orders reach you in 4 to 7 working days. Festive weeks are busier and can add a few days; we will tell you if your order is affected rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking your parcel

We email you as soon as the parcel leaves us, with the courier and tracking number where the courier provides one. The same details, and the stage your order has reached, are on the order page linked from that email — and under your orders if you have an account.

Where we ship

Anywhere in India, to any serviceable pincode. If our courier does not reach your area, we will tell you before taking the order and refund you in full. We do not ship outside India at the moment — write to us if you would like us to, and we will see what we can arrange.

If a parcel is delayed or lost

If tracking has not moved for more than five working days, tell us and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we remake and reship the order at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. See the cancellation & refund policy.
